Visit our Design Center, browse a vast collection of samples, and build a relationship with your design team. Browse some of our favorite products that we love to use or show us your inspiration photos. After talking with your design team, if you think we are a good fit, we will schedule a home visit. If you need to think about what was discussed, we can schedule a follow-up conversation. And if you don’t think we are a good fit, that’s okay too; we can part as friends! This first step is about getting to know your needs and if we are going to work together well.
Being able to work with a design team... in their showroom and looking at their incredible samples of cabinet styles, counter tops, fixtures, floor tiles, etc. was very helpful in making decisions on how my project would come together.
Your designer will visit your home and take measurements and pictures, taking note of any structural, plumbing, or electrical issues that may affect the overall design and cost of your project. The designer will bring our 50-point checklist to make sure we don’t miss anything. Every home and every family is different, and this is where we learn about you.
From a prompt response to my email inquiry ... through completion of the job, every person we worked with was helpful, friendly, and professional. Our designer Tiffany listened to us and gave us everything we asked for in her initial design.... She always had ideas for acceptable compromises.
Your design team has put your ideas, style, and character into a personal 3D rendering of what your space could look like. They have also developed a realistic budget range by using our advanced estimating system, calculating all the materials and labor that goes into every square foot of your project. In addition, our team of technical specialists has reviewed the concept for accuracy as well as structural and mechanical considerations.
After reviewing your concept and associated budget, you will decide if we are a good fit for you. If so, we can sign a design agreement and you will put down a retainer to get your project on our production calendar.
They provided a visual representation on the computer in advance, and did exactly what they said they were going to do.
Your design team will now research and narrow down materials that are the best products for your needs and budget, and will make detailed drawings of the design. The design will be reviewed once again by our team of technical specialists to make sure everything is just right. Once all the details of your project have been decided and the final contract price calculated, the contract will be signed, and you can relax while we take care of the rest.
The design process was easy and fun. My design team listened carefully to my preferences, needs for the space, and budgetary constraints and presented me with a terrific plan and high quality, aesthetically pleasing material choices.
By the time your construction start date arrives, your materials have been ordered, received, and staged in our warehouse. Shortly before your project starts, we will hold a pre-production meeting at your home with your designer, your Lead Carpenter, and our Production Manager. During this meeting, we’ll review all the details again and you will meet the carpenter dedicated to your job. Then our team will get to work, transforming your dreams into reality!
I was particularly impressed with the care the carpenter took to keep to a minimum the dust and intrusion during the project. This was especially critical for me as I work out of my home.

The team at DreamMaker was awesome. Olivia helped us take ideas and work through the zillion options to come up with a bathroom we love!
DreamMaker did an amazing remodel of our ensuite bathroom, redesigning it and moving things around (even a door and partial wall) to fit a soaker tub. Now it looks like a spa, and the bedroom and closet walls look like there was never any construction.
DreamMaker made remodeling our bathroom very easy and manageable. They took care of the process from start to finish and we love our new bathroom.
From design with Shannon to the quality of work from Matt, the lead carpenter, DreamMaker Bath exceeded my expectations … professional, skilled and just nice people to work with and have in my home during the process of redoing two bathrooms.
A kitchen remodel involves lots of decisions, but DreamMaker walks you through them and makes it feel easy. They know the remodeling process inside and out, and my husband and I were grateful for their expertise. Everyone we worked with was knowledgeable, pleasant, and patient with our questions and requests. The work was of high quality, and we are very pleased with the results.
DreamMaker--specifically Kami--made it easy to plan our project and understand our options. They handled most of the logistics, which kept the disruption of our space to a minimum.
Absolutely! I am thrilled with our new kitchen and the professionalism, steady communication and careful attention to schedule and detail.
I would recommend them because of the ease of the design and build process. The designer listened to my ideas and her own wisdom to make the perfect kitchen. During construction the crew is easy going. They never made me feel in the way even though I work from home
