Courtney Arnold, DreamMaker of Ann Arbor, Michigan Wins Team Specialist of the Year Award

DreamMaker Bath and Kitchen's Team Specialist of the Year award has been awarded to Courtney at the company’s Reunion Conference.

The awards were presented at the company's Reunion Conference in Louisville on June 6th. DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen is one of the nation’s most respected home remodeling franchise brands, with customer satisfaction consistently outpacing national averages. DreamMaker franchise owners and team members adhere to a “Code of Values,” which emphasizes honesty and integrity combined with customer-first designs and remodeling.

One of the greatest qualities exhibited by our Team Specialist of the Year is the way Courtney views the business as her own. She understands how decisions will affect the team and frames them through what is best for everyone, which is consistent with that of someone with ownership. She takes pride in finding opportunities to save company resources and has been overheard, on multiple occasions, educating other team members on ways they can impact the bottom line. Today, she continues to be a cheerleader of the company culture, which will have long-lasting effects on the success of DreamMaker.

The reunion is an annual event for DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen and its franchisees, and it is held in different locales each year. This year, franchisees from around the country converged in Louisville, KY. The gathering focused on improving profit margins, new technology for accurate cost estimating and project management, how to achieve great quality of life as a remodeler, strategies for promoting health and wellness, sessions on happiness and goal-setting, digital marketing lessons and more.
