Kindred Kitchen

Some outdated and dysfunctional kitchen cabinets, along with unused built-in appliances taking up countertop space, were a problem for this homeowner. She also requested display space for her teapot collection.

We updated the cabinets with practical storage, built a new half-wall where an old stair railing was (for stability), installed quartz countertops, with additional built-in butcher-block countertops beside the range for meal prep. We were also happy to add a built-in floating shelf above the sink area to display a teapot collection..
